The villa has a downstairs master bedroom with king bed, full bath and air conditioning. There is an extra large master suite upstairs with king bed, air conditioning, 2 baths and a separate bedroom with a queen and twin bed. It also has a modern kitchen, UV water filtration system, living room and dining room, as well as oceanfront and garden patios. Villa Casa del Mar is furnished with hand-carved Mexican antiques and is well equipped with all kitchen needs. For larger groups, this beautiful villa may be reserved with it's sister property Villa Nicte-Ha, which is right next door for parties up to 12 adults and 4 children.
